Payments

• All pricing is in Australian Dollars and includes GST
• All payments made by credit card via Stripe will incur the 1.75% Stripe processing fee.

Refunds

All sales are made on a firm sale basis and there is no provision for return or refund except where:

• There has been damage in transit.
• Titles have been incorrectly supplied.

In either case, GTA NSW & ACT must receive prior notice before any books are returned. Books returned without authorisation will not be accepted.

Shipping

• All goods sold will be shipped by Australia Post regular post.
• Postage and handling charges apply to all orders.
• Orders are dispatched within 7 – 10 working days following receipt of payment.
• Customers will be notified on the website if products or resources are out of stock.
• International orders, please email admin@gtanswact.org.au for shipping costs.
