The Geography Teachers’ Association of NSW & ACT (GTA NSW & ACT) is a not-for-profit organization representing Geography teachers in NSW and ACT. We advocate for educational excellence, support teachers through professional development, and collaborate with key authorities like ACARA, NESA, and TQI to enhance geographical education.

Our Mission & Activities

Advocacy: Representing teachers’ interests in public policies and educational reforms.
Professional Development: Organizing conferences, workshops, and sharing curriculum updates.
Recognition: Awarding outstanding educators and students in Geography.
