Louise Roberts is a career educator with a proven track record of creating educational experiences that have lasting impacts. She brings a wealth of real-world experience to geography education. As a current education consultant, she’s developing innovative water, climate, urban development and fieldwork education programs that bring geography to life in the classroom. Louise’s unique background spans from leading Tank Stream heritage tours (nominated for a National Trust Heritage Award) to developing water literacy frameworks and managing stakeholder engagement across government, industry, and education sectors. Her expertise in curriculum resource development combined with her passion for innovative pedagogical practices, makes her presentations both practical and inspiring.Having worked internationally and across rural and metro NSW as a HSIE teacher, Louise understands the challenges educators face. Her experience ranges from HSC marking to developing virtual fieldwork courses, always focusing on making geography relevant and accessible. She’s a regular contributor at GTANSW&ACT Conferences and has guest-lectured at universities on sustainability and water management.As an engaging speaker and learning facilitator, participants are bound to learn something new and develop confidence in their skills from Louise’s presentations and workshops.
